Train hard – Climb harder (7.03 /14.03/21.03/28.03)

Over four sessions of two hours each we are going to explore the different training possibilities in a bouldering gym. We are going to start with an introduction to training and training plan theory. Then we are going to help you understand and try out different means to train, with the focus on circuit bouldering, the spray wall, system boards, hang boards, and other equipment. During the course you will also get valuable tips and tricks with respect to your technique and other aspects that help you become a better climber.
