Reformer WORKOUT

Enhanced with a modern, dynamic approach, this class utilizes the Reformer machine along with props like the Pilates ball, Magic Ring, and weights to provide a fun, full-body workout. The combination of spring resistance, controlled movements, and creative use of props challenges your strength, stability, coordination, and flexibility. The variety of equipment adds an extra layer of fun while keeping the workout dynamic and engaging.

Designed for those already familiar with Pilates breathing techniques and core activation, this session builds on foundational skills to elevate strength, endurance, and overall fitness.
